We couldn't find any reason for these two structures over the road. Guess they are there because they want to be! (Again, from Guam)

That may have been around the time that they first heard of Walt Disney World. :-)
It looks like the structure in the rear may be used as a foot bridge perhaps as I see the arched opening (facing the street) extend all the way to the ground like it's a doorway and not just a window. But it's also not like there's a lot of vehicular traffic to avoid, unless if at the top it serves as a good vantage point for the surrounding scenery.
