Those little cement structures in the foreground are tombs.

I guess land is so valuable that cemeteries are unusual. The tombs look rather like sheds from this angle. Very interesting indeed.

Tombs in Japan are not exactly very inspiring, are they? You don't feel like strolling in a cemetry here the way you might do in Europe!
