New Year Wishes - 1 of 3

We discovered a shrine the other day. As part of the New Year people make wishes -- the wish is on a small piece of paper and then tied up. In this case, wishes were tied to wires or trees. This building is where you could go and purchase a pre-printed wish to tie up.
