This is a shopping area near a US Forces Base in Okinawa.

Richard - Thank you for the words of wisdom yesterday. I took this shot at the faster 1/125 and it was better. Then I went to PS and used the "unsharp mask" and then I went to the Edit menu and used the "fade unsharp mask, and played with the mode setting. I liked the darken best so I chose that. I think this one is better than the unprocessed image. I can tell a big difference -- especially in the detail of the tree fronds.Thank you!
