@ColNed Pictures: Thanks! I couldn't get any of my versions to really "pop" without getting some of the areas too dark. I got this effect using the curves tool in PS. I agree that some of it's still too dark, but I really liked the water spashes in this one. Again, thanks for the comment!
very poewrful image - nice work

I agree with ColNed and that is it's a wee bit bit dark, but for a first attempt... a dynomite image.

Nice capture. Actually I tried clicking this kind of photograph, as you know that I have posted 4-5 sea shores recently. But I could not. This one is good.

I agree with some of the other comments. This a great capture but a bit dark. I suspect the water would look blown out if the rocks were brighter. Very nice shot!

I like the action and drama in the splashing wave, and the dark tones of the sea and sky are quite striking.

Little bit dark, but the white splash really stands out it attracts attention directly.

Beautiful sense of strength and motion in these waves. They come across as having a life all their own. And the tones are lovely too, though I do agree with others above that a tad more light might be even better. Even so, I think this is a superb capture.

This is better than the colored version. Good one. As Ajoeh already mentioned, the white splash does stand out.
