Thanks again for the suggestions. I promise this is the last time you'll see this picture (in any version) -- but I think it's a bit better.
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my photos. And for those who left a comment - a double thank you!

@KMF: Thanks!
This is the best! The green's much nicer now :) And the water has different shades of blue! Interesting.

@Elle: Thanks Elle. I agree about the green!
Near perfect.. it's never perfect right or is it.. well at least with all my work I'm never 100% ok with it.... but this is like 99%.. good job !

@ColNed Pictures: Thank you ColNed! I don't think I'll ever be 100% with any of them - but I am pretty satisfied with this one now.
Thanks for visiting me. The picture is great because it teaches us to have patience: until it's high tide, until the 27th version of one subject is reached, until after 50 years we meet an old friend again :). The culture in Eastern Asia is very good at having patience, more than we in the West where everything must happen as soon as possible, because time = money. Thanks for this picture and your efforts dedicated to it!

@Illuci: Thank you Illuci. I am still struggling to learn patience!
nice range of colours on this one. I might have cut out a bit of the top green, but then that's me! :)

@Shutterbug: Shutterbug - I was so happy with getting the colours better I never really looked at the entire picture again. I agree with you, it would have been better with some of the top gone!
Wow, you learn quickly, it's wonderful, good for you sweetie :)

@Lorraine: Thanks Lorraine. But I have to admit, I processed this one in Aperature, not Photoshop!
This is a good place to start, it's very useful I think. Link here.
I often do this as a matter of course now on most of my images. Hope it helps.
